Pricing Policy

• 1. Payment must be made in advance at the time of ordering.
• 2. We will keep your order on hold if we have not received your funds successfully in our account. We will keep you posted about the same

Delivery and Shipping Policy

• 1. We will start delivering Ganpati idols from 1st Sept 2021.
• 2. Our team will let you know about the delivery dates 24-48 hours prior to delivery. > We request you to review product at the time of delivery only, In case of any damage inform us immediately. If Ganpati Idol is damage we will replace it on the spot.
• 3. Once delivery is complete after that we are not responsible for any kind of damage and replacement of Ganpati idol.
• 4. Kindly show the Order Confirmation Email along with ld proof at the time of receiving the Idol.

Pickup Policy

• 1. Pickup point will be open from 3PM 9th September and 1 PM 10th September 2021 only.
• 2. Customer has to pick up their Idol from their selected Pickup point at the time of ordering. If customer visit another pickup point then we will not deliver idol to them.
• 3. At pickup point we do not provide any box or packaging for Ganpati Idol. Customer has to bring Ganpati pat from their end.
• 4. Customer have to check Ganpati Idol at Pickup point only for any kind of damage.
• 5. Once Ganpati Idol is pickup from Pickup point, we are not responsible for its damage. > If incase Ganpati Idol is damage from customer end, customer has to pay full amount for another idol.

Refund and Cancellation

• 1. Once booking of Eco-Friendly Ganpati idol completed, it cannot be cancelled or refundable.
• 2. Check idol at the time of delivery & picking up. After that we are not responsible for any kind of damage.
• 3. In any case or circumstances we are not providing Refund of Ganpati idol booking.
